Improving your motivation for learning English
In this article, we share our techniques for improving your motivation for learning English as a foreign language. We used them all the time when we were learning English and we still use them when we need to boost our motivation in areas other than English.
Imagine you can talk to native speakers just like you talk in your first language. Imagine other people wanting to speak English as well as you do. Imagine the possibility of writing e-mail to people from all over the world.
It is helpful to read an article about the advantages of knowing English well. There are two such articles on Antimoon: Why learn English and English makes you feel good.
You should know that it is possible to learn English really well. Just look atother people who have done it.
You already know some English (you’re reading an article in English right now). That’s a big success! Now it’s time for more successes. Time to start using powerful methods of effective learning. Time to gain an impressiveknowledge of English.
You are good, but your English probably isn’t perfect. You probably can’t understand English-language TV, read books in English, talk to native speakers easily, write letters without mistakes, etc.
You should never think your English is perfect. Even if you are the best student in your class, always try to find your weak areas and work on them. When you’ve learned to speak English well, your problems will be quite small:punctuation, rarely used grammar structures, rare words, understanding “street language”. Right now, your problems are probably more basic: mistakes in pronunciation, small vocabulary, grammar problems with the present perfect tense and conditional structures.
Probably the most important way to improve your motivation is to use English.
Using English is fun. It is simply very enjoyable to use your English to read a good book, understand a song, watch an interesting movie, get an answer to a computer problem, exchange e-mails with a native speaker, etc. The more you use English, the more you will want to use it.
This is great, because using English is learning English. When you’re reading an interesting article or watching an exciting movie, you are using your English, but you are also learning new words and phrases. When you’re writing a message on an English-language discussion forum, you are using your English, but you are also practicing your writing.
But using English can also improve your general attitude to English andincrease your motivation to study English in other ways. For example, if you see that your knowledge of English pronunciation helps you understand a movie or speak more clearly, you will be motivated to study pronunciation even more. If you see that checking your sentences in a search engine lets you write error-free e-mail messages, you will want to keep doing that. If you memorize some words with an SRS and later you come across them in a movie or an article, you will want to add even more things to your SRS.
This is a very simple method, but it is very effective. Here’s how it works:
You usually talk about things which interest you. But the opposite is true, too.If you start talking about a boring subject, you will begin to get interested in it.
Imagine you are studying a subject that you hate. You are bored and tired, but you have to pass the test tomorrow. If there are people near you, you have two options: you can tell everybody how much you are suffering or you can tell those people about the things you’ve learned. If you choose the first option, you will only feel worse.
If you choose the second option, and start a conversation on the “boring” subject, you will begin to look at it in a totally different way. Suddenly it will become a subject worth talking about — therefore, an interesting subject.
How can you begin such a conversation? If you’re studying English, you can surprise another person by talking to him/her in English. Say (in English): Hi, I’m studying English and I hate it. Or you can say (in your first language): Hey, I’ve learned 50 English words today. Do you know what’s the English word for ...? If there are no people near you, you can telephone or send an e-mail message to your friend.
What will your friends say? Probably they won’t be very interested, but it doesn’t matter! The important thing is this: After talking about English, you will study it with more passion. Try it.
If you can find a friend who is learning English and is on a similar level of skill, you will be in an excellent situation:
- you will have someone to talk about English with. These conversations will increase your interest in English, as explained in the previous section.
- learning English will be easier, because you will be able to discuss your problems with your friend.
- you will study English more, because you will want to be better than your friend. :-)
You should meet your friend regularly. Ideally, he/she should live near you, or go to the same school as you. If you absolutely can’t find anybody willing to learn English with you, you can try to find somebody by e-mail. This is a worse solution: your conversations will probably be less frequent, and it is difficult to compete with someone who you don’t know well.
If you spend your money on something, you will want to use it. For example, if you buy an expensive tennis racket, you will probably go out and play tennis every day.
This rule is also true for learning English. If you want to increase your desire to learn English, buy a new dictionary, an interesting English-language book, English-language cable TV, etc. The idea is simple: You paid for it, so you will want to use it, and you will improve your English.
There is a problem with this method. It only works for a short time. You usually lose your desire to learn English after a few days. To keep learning, you would have to buy something every week!
However, this method is helpful, because it gives you an impulse to start learning. For example, if you buy a dictionary of phrasal verbs, you will probably learn some words from it. Then you should try to use them. For example, write an e-mail message with these words. This will increase yourmotivation (as explained before), and you will learn more.
Anthony Robbins’ book Unlimited Power: The New Science of Personal Achievement gives excellent advice on how to achieve any kind of goal. This book has changed the lives of many people, so you might want to take a look at it.
We have said this many times. One small action is more powerful than reading hundreds of articles. Yes, we know it is very hard to do things, even if they are good for us. We humans are lazy creatures. That is why not many people speak English well.
Still, we hope you can do the things we talk about in our English learning method — not only read about them. You will be successful only if you change something about your life.
Don’t put it off. Begin now.
Imagine yourself in the future
Remember that you are already good
Remember there is a lot that you don’t know
Use English whenever you can
Talk to people about English
Find a friend who is learning English
Spend some money on learning English
Read Unlimited Power by Anthony Robbins
Remember that learning English requires action
Some Chemical and Pharmaceutical Aspects of Yagyopathy
The yagyopathy laboratory established at Brahmavarchas Research Instt., Shantkunj, haridwar ( India) is unique lab in which search and development facility are available to study the effect of sublimation of herbs with power of mantra chanted during the course of the ritual of Yagya.
Highlights of PhD Research Work of Dr. (Mrs). Meenakshi Raghuvanshi
Pulmonary Tuberculosis is a major public health problem across the globe. Every year about eighty thousands new cases are reported in India alone. The high frequency of drug-resistance, complications of sequential updating of multiple drug-regimen and side effects like hepatotoxicity, etc limit the efficacy of its treatment by modern medicines. Ayurvedic herbal medicines are found to be effective, but oral administration of these is usually slow in desired healing.
Because of repeated rhythmic chanting of mantra and deep breathing, oral and nasal inhalation of medicinal vapors/gases/fumes (released from the processing of the herbal plant medicinal preparation in the yagya-fire) occurs naturally during yagya. Thus, yagyopathy (yagya-therapy) enables pulmonary administration of the herbal medicines and is therefore expected to be a more efficient mode of healing in case of pulmonary diseases in general and pulmonary tuberculosis in particular.
Thorough scientific evaluation of this ancient therapy in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis was the principal objective of this research work.
The yagyopathy (yagya-therapy) experiments in this study were conducted using the fire-pit in the shape of 'Padma Kunda' which is constructed in the center of the Yagyopathy Lab of the Brahmvarchas research centre, Shantikunj, Hardwar. The size of this kunda is approximately 6 to7 times (in cross sectional area of the successive layers from top to bottom) that of the agnihotra kunda. The lab is surrounded by glass walls with appropriate facilities of controlled ventilation and exhaust through the roof which can be connected (at the terrace of the lab) to desired instruments for collection and analysis of the released medicinal fumes/gases/vapors etc. The lab is maintained in clinically necessary clean conditions. It is surrounded by green plants with a pollution-free and calm environment.
Dry powder prepared using the anti-tubercular preparations recommended in Ayurvedic scriptures were used as havan samagri for sacrifice in the yagya-fire. The botanical and chemical properties and the antitubercular activity, antibacterial activity and immunomodulatory activities published in modern scientific literature were thoroughly reviewed. Due care was taken to assure best type and quality of the herbs.
Detailed chemical analysis of the thermal transformation and slow-combustion process of yagya was studied together with the possible reactions and release of important phytochemicals and their anti-bacterial (including anti myco-bacterial), immunomodulatory and other important activities and synergistic and antagonistic effects of total herbs.

The teachings of yagya
teachings of yagya
Why do we regard the sacrificial fire of Yagya as purohit (priest)? It inspires us to imbibe its five idealistic qualities in our life.
- Fire has the characteristic of always being hot and bright. We are inspired to lead bright, radiant, active lives like fire, full of wisdom and brilliance.
- The flame of fire always goes upwards. One may apply any amount of pressure but its flame never goes downwards. It teaches us that despite immense pressures of fear and temptations our flame of wisdom, and foresight should ever be kept-alight and up-turned.
- Anything coming in contact with fire becomes fire itself. We should also have such a quality of excellence in our character, so that any one coming in our contact may become refined.
- Fire accumulates nothing. Whatever is offered in the fire is vaporized. It is scattered throughout in the atmosphere and becomes universal. We should also not accumulate possessions for our selfish ends but utilize all our resources and qualities for advancing the good of the people. We should be generous and lovingly kind.
- The residue of fire are ashes. Ultimately physical forms of all human beings are going to be reduced to a handful of ashes. The idea behind applying (ashes of Yagya) on the forehead is that man should always remember the inevitability of death and utilize each and every moment of his life in the best possible manner.
These five teachings are known as panchagnividya which the priest (purohit) in the form of fire teaches to every human being. A man is truly blessed if he imbibes these teachings in his daily life by performing symbolic worship in the form of Yagya.
The real purpose of Yagya is to imbibe virtues like self-sacrifice, self-restraint (sanyam), charity, beneficence, generosity, compassion etc. in our daily life. It inspires us to surrender everything, body, mind, ego and soul to God. A Sadhak on surrendering himself to God, who has been described as Yagya-purush in the scriptures, becomes one with Yagya, just as samidhas on being consumed in the sacrificial fire of Yagya become fire itself. In fact the real Yagya is to follow the directions and inspirations of our indwelling divinity and imbibe righteous tendencies. Constant remembrance of the Divine, keeping an attitude of detachment and remaining engrossed in regular sacred studies and devotion amounts to leading a Yagyiya life. Such a person sees the presence of God in everyone, everywhere and becomes free of evil deeds and sins.Pragya Yog Sadhana
Pragya-yog is a device for developing spiritual prudence, insight and intuition. It is also making the daily routine upright. With Internal excellence, one enjoy self-satisfaction, public respect and divine pleasure. It elevate inner consciousness & create atmosphere of happiness and peace. It is an all-round, comprehensive programme of Gayatri-Sadhana which cannot be fulfilled by Mantra-Jap alone.
The Pragya Yog Sadhana's easy, logical and systematic methods for self-purification is as follows:
1. Starts with 10-15 mins Aatmabodh - thinking about new birth soon after getting up in the morning.
2. After completing the daily chores in the morning - do Upasana (worship) sitting near your favorite deity for 15-20 mins .
3. Third step is contemplation devote 15-20 minutes for reflecting over one's present state.
4. Ends day with 10-15 mins Tatvabodh i.e. thinking about death at the time of going to sleep.
5. One Day Fasting - Sunday or Thursday. Gayatri Anushthan once/twice in a year.
Step #1 - Aatmabodh - thinking about new birth soon after wakeup:
The Sadhana begins right at the moment when one gets up inthe morning. Devote about 10-15 minutes, while still lyingon bed, thinking 'Today I have got a new birth. I have onlyone day, i.e. today, to live. How best can I utilize this day?'Then make a plan for the whole day and try to be as honest aspossible in your dealings.
Step #2 - Tatvabodh - thinking about death at the time of going to sleep :
In the evening when you are goingto sleep, again devote 10-15 minutes, thanking God forproviding this opportunity and thanking the self forperforming the duties well. If there was some laziness thatcrept in the routine, it should be removed the next day. Thenconsider that today's life is over and embrace death (in theform of sleep) peacefully.
Step #3 - Upasana - Spiritual Practice Worship.
This aspect of sadhana graduallyremoves the fear of death. The third step is 'Upasana (worship)'. After completing thedaily chores in the morning, do Upasana for about 15-30minutes, depending on the availability of time. Upasana, check deeper steps for Upasana , is sitting near your favourite deity. For this purpose, one should see that the place of worship isclean and peaceful; the body and mind are pure, there is analtar on which the photo of the deity is installed properly.Normally the photo of Mother Gayatri (considering God tobe in the form of Mother) is kept on the altar. After the ritualsof purification etc, the sadhak invokes the Supreme Motherand offers Her the articles like sacred water, flowers, incense, sweets etc. Then he starts the Japa (chanting of specificmantra). In this case, Gayatri Mantra is recited normally 108times or more. During recitation the sadhak also meditates onthe rising sun. Keeping the eyes closed, one feels that the raysof the sun are penetrating one's body, mind and soul and areenergizing them. Deeper the concentration more will be thebenefit. Once the japa and meditation are over, seek theblessings of righteous wisdom from your deity.
Steps for Simple & Effective Daily Gayatri Upasana
The fourth step in Pragyayog Sadhana is 'contemplation'. Anytime in the afternoon or evening may be chosen for it. Thesadhak should devote 15-20 minutes for reflecting over hispresent state. He should analyze from the idealistic point ofview what is lacking in him and what should be done tofurther improve oneself. A quiet place is ideal for such areflection. If these four steps of Sadhana are done regularly, it should beconsidered that the foundation for all the four boons of life -Dharma, Artha, Kama, Moksha has been well laid.
Step #4 - contemplation - reflecting over one's present state:
Step #5 Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Sadhana:
One can go beyond this by adding to it a weekly specialSadhana consisting of observing fast on weekends, say onSunday, observing celibacy that day, keeping silence for aspecific period, etc. There is also a provision of half-yearlysadhanas (during Chaitra and Ashwin Navratris). In these ninedayperiods Japa of 24,000 mantras is done, along withobservance of some austerities.
Pragya Yog Jivan Sadhana, if done properly, is like a cash transaction. There are two immediate benefits:
(i) The person gets rid of the accumulated harmful animal traits; and
(ii) He / She finds the right path for progress (material as well as spiritual).
The Art of Sadhana
The essence of sadhana is self-discipline. The deities we worship are in fact the symbolic representatives of our own covert indwelling divine attributes. So long as these attributes are dormant, we live in a miserable state, but when the divine nature is awakened and activated, we realize that we are repositories of supernormal energies (riddhi and siddhi). The sole aim of sadhana is to activate these dormant attributes through a focused and dedicated process of self-refinement and self-transcendence.
A farmer understands the significance of sadhana. While tending his crops, he remains thoroughly involved in farming day in and day out throughout the year. In this process, he is least concerned about his health or the severity of weather. He takes care of the fields like he would of his own body. He keeps an eye over each and every plant. According to the needs of the crop, he nurtures it with manure and performs several operations such as tilling, irrigating, weeding and the harrowing of the field, and finally harvesting.
The wisdom for the preservation and maintenance of the fields, the bullocks, ploughs and the ancillary equipments comes to him intuitively from within. He does all this without feeling tired or bored, or showing any haste. He does not insist on the immediate reward for his labour because he knows that the crop takes a specific period of time to ripen and so he has to wait patiently till then. He remains free from the anxiety of filling his cellar with the produce. He also understands the futility of anticipating a plentiful yield. His sadhana of farming continues single-mindedly. He does encounter obstacles but he overcomes them with his own expertise and with the help of available resources. He refuses to relax without fulfilling the needs of the field. When the crop ripens and is harvested, he takes home the produce with a sense of gratitude to Nature.
This is sadhana of a farmer which he continues to perform from his childhood till death with unwavering faith. There is no rest, no fatigue, no boredom and no indifference. A sadhaka (devotee) should learn the art of sadhana from the farmer.

Dhyan YOG Sadhana camp in 1976
| The second part of this dhyana yoga involves meditating upon the light spot (of rising sun) in the center of your brain. The infusion of this light in your brain, in your mind, should inspire you to become a gyana yogi. The first sign of this progress is that there should be nothing negative or illusive in your mind; your thoughts should be positive and constructive. In general, the human mind is flooded by strong currents of pell-mell thoughts and imaginations; the bedlam of passions and impulses keeps hovering around it like the fleas and mosquitoes around a drain. Sometimes your mind is boiling in anger; sometimes erotic thoughts perturb it; some moments you are thinking of a movie, soon you may begin to plan for the purchase of a lottery-ticket and dream about what you will do with the wealth gained thereby and what not! This way you keep recklessly wasting your mental energy in useless, purposeless and haphazard imaginations and thoughts. If you were alert and had focused your mind on constructive or analytical thinking and given a focused direction to your thoughts, you would have delved deeper in your selected field of knowledge; some of you would have become a Voltaire by now! If you had dived deeper in your psyche and given creative, enlightened direction to your imaginations, you might have been another Ravindranath Tagore. People regard me as an eminent thinker. If it is true, it is only because of one thing: I have always focused my thinking faculty in specific directions, towards search for true knowledge. I have controlled my thoughts and imaginations; they never fly randomly. They always move in the self-chosen, sagacious directions. They generate and expand around noble ideals and motives. My mind knits a vast network of thoughts but never leaves the firm base of reality and reasoning. I have blocked the entry of unnecessary, delusive or irrational thoughts. Casual thinking or uncontrolled imaginations do not have any place in my mind. Friends! In the practice of gyana yoga, we must inculcate the insight and courage to eliminate and prevent the base elements that keep intruding in our minds. Instead, if we adopt the kind of thinking that is positive, sane and noble and nurture it firmly in our mental field, our mind could become a grand reservoir of knowledge. Precious pearls of deep knowledge, ideas and inspirations would then be discovered in its inner recesses. Like the Ganga emerging from the head of Lord Shiva, a spring of pure knowledge could gush out of our minds by the practice of gyana-yoga. Calmness and stability would then remain firm in our mind like the holy moon on the forehead of Lord Shiva. Our sixth sense the extrasensory center of divine prudence would be activated like the opening of the Third Eye of Lord Shiva. This is the sadhana of gyana-yoga. The light of the rising sun you meditate upon should illuminate your inner mind. It should refine your knowledge and focus your thoughts in constructive directions. If this spark of gyana kindles in your mind, I will assume that you have comprehended and assimilated the training of meditation, for which I have guided you in this golden jubilee year of my anusthana sadhana. If you do not understand and adopt these teachings in practice, your dhyana will only remain a pleasant imagination and you will gain nothing worthwhile out of such shallow practices. Spirituality is not imagination; it is not a dreamy experience. It is real and experiential. It deals with every aspect of our life; it should be lived in our life today, every day. There is no place for dreams or myths in spirituality. God is not a creation of our dreams or imaginations. His presence should be reflected in all our daily activities. Bhakti Yoga Included in Dhyana Yoga: Friends! The third kind of light, which I have asked you to focus upon during this dhyana yoga is that of the inner self. It is the radiance of our intrinsic faith, our devotion, our sincerity, and our compassion, which sparkles all around in the form of pure love. Awakening of this love is the bhakti-yoga. We strengthen our body by practicing physical exercises and make use of the vigor thus gained in our routine chores and in the hard work required for transaction of our duties on multiple fronts. Similarly, when we begin with the devotion and love for God, the inner force of emotions we acquire through this bhakti (devotion) should also be utilized and expanded. We should love our gross body; if we love it, we must take good care of it; keep it neat and tidy; discipline it and maintain its health and harmony. This is a reflection of our love, our devotion for Gods creation. The same way our devotion should also extend towards our mind; we should look after it cautiously. We should not allow it to be disturbed or vitiated. It should be kept calm and serene. Thoughts stored in it should be bright and pristine like the glow of the sun. We should also love our inner self, our soul. We have always neglected our soul. We have never experienced its presence. Ages have passed, but we have never heard its voice, or bothered about its aspirations. An old woman, entirely dependent upon you, keeps asking you to take her to the Himalayas for pilgrimage. You, engrossed in your selfish motives, wont pay any attention. You might even reply rudely that at this last phase of her life, why to worry about going here and there; she should just lie quietly wherever she is! It sounds strange, but this is how we have been treating our soul. Our soul is a helpless captive in the smog of our ignorance. If we had loved it and taken proper care of it, it would have become so strong and active that its divine power would have transmuted us into angelic beings. But, this divine spark within us has practically been extinguished in our lives because of our misdeeds. If we cant love our soul; then whom would we love? (Ask this question to yourself whom do you love truly?). Do you love your wife? No, not really. You only long for the sensual pleasure and comforts she offers you. A leech sticks to the body and sucks the blood; most of us do the same with the lives of our wives. The youth of a wife is often ruined in satisfying the lust of her husband and in producing and taking care of the children. She gets prematurely aged and becomes a victim of varieties of ailments. Still he does not understand her problems, doesnt care for her sickness. All her potentials, all her resources, have been sacrificed in the thankless service of the husband and his family. If you had truly loved your wife, you should have lovingly taken care of her health; should have helped uplifting her educational and mental levels; should have encouraged development of her talents. On the contrary, you have practically killed her future. Do you have the noble sentiments of love and devotion? No! If these had a place in your heart, you would have looked after your old parents and other dependents with greater affection, you would have happily offered your altruistic services to the needy. You usually think that you have great love for your children. But, that also is a delusion. You mostly have attachment to them. You consider providing them with worldly comforts and worldly means as the best expression of love for them. You relentlessly endeavor to amass wealth and possessions that you could bequeath to your children as tokens of your love! But have you ever thought that wealth without virtues is a source of depravation? Thus by piling up comforts and pelf for your child, you simply make him a lustful, depraved and selfish person, who will spoil his own life and may become a burden for the society. How can you say that you truly love your child? Friends! Do you know what is love? It is the sentiment of causeless joy derived from selflessly working for the welfare of beloved ones. It means giving; it means generosity, compassion, and selflessness. Bhakti-yoga aims at awakening of this divine sentiment; it means cultivation and expansion of compassion, kindness, altruism and love for sentient beings. This is what is true service and true devotion of God. Many of you think that worshipping a deity, bending the head at its feet, beseeching and crying before it, ringing the bells in a shrine, distributing some alms, etc is what serves the purpose of devotion. Is this what you call "navadha bhakti" (highest yoga of devotion)? No my child! This is only hypocrisy, mimicry and a caricature of devotion; it is far removed from real bhkati-yoga. It is self-deception. Well! Then, how will you practice bhakti-yoga? For this, you will have to understand its true meaning and adopt it with the help of the meditation on divine light. The feeling of "Tamaso Ma Jyotirgamaya" should emerge from the depths of your emotions while concentrating on the glow of rising sun in your heart. It implies emancipation of the soul, the inner self from the darkness of ignorance into the eternal light of pure knowledge and divine love. Deep and focused mental concentration is a major prerequisite for meditation. As small quantity of explosive material, condensed in a bullet and targeted through a gun, hits the focussed aim. If we focus our potentials and efforts in a constructive direction, we would achieve the goal of our life. You must have heard about the glorious intrepidity and self-mastery of Arjuna in Mahabharat. He had perfected the art of focusing all his attention at the desired objective. This is why he was the only one who succeeded in piercing through the left eye of the rotating fish by his arrow just by looking at its image in the water below during the Swayamvara of Princess Draupadi. Hundreds of princes and kings had come to participate in this difficult contest of qualifying to marry Draupadi. Guru Dronacharya asked one common question from all his disciples during their training. When they stretched their bows and looked at the image of their target, he asked them "What do you see?"; someone replied "The entire fish", some said "Its head", etc. As predicted by Dronacharya, none of them could hit any part of the fish. Arjuna was the only one who saw nothing except the left eye of the fish. The Guru applauded his perfect mental concentration. Arjuna indeed hit the target and won Princess Draupadis hand. This is the secret of success in all walks of life. We do not accomplish anything significant, as our attention and interests are scattered in many directions. I ask you to control the agitation of your mind and focus it (as per the instructions) in the practice of dhyana yoga. Because of its wayward diversions, you are neither able to concentrate upon your studies nor to work for vigorous health; you are not able to do anything significant; there is always an instability in and scattering of your efforts. This haphazard state of your mind should be controlled with the help of meditation along with the devotional practices of japa. Your mind should be well organized and trained to imbibe the habit of "work while you work and play while you play". Be that a worldly task or spiritual practices, whatever you do should be done with full attentiveness. Deep mental concentration is a spiritual quality. Any effort carried out with one-pointed absorption of your mind leads to grand success. Friends! We should try cultivating keen interest and focused approach, as the scientists have towards their fields of research. In terms of basic education or training, there may not be any difference between a scientist and someone who has merely passed a B.Sc. (first degree in science education). Who is a scientist? The one who is fully engrossed in his research and dives deeper and deeper, like a submarine in the ocean, to discover/invent the pearls of knowledge. Scientific achievements are the wonderful outcomes of rigorous mental concentration. This quality is essential for success in every walk of life. You need to apply it not only in your devotional practices but also in all the works you undertake. People often tell me "Guruji, I cant engage my mind in devotion|| al practices. It keeps jumping towards the worldly thoughts". I ask them in reply "Does your mind ever get occupied in something with interest and attention?" Obviously, the answer comes out to be "No; Not really". This is because you have not bothered to train your mind to focus. You do not recognize the potentials of a focused mind. You should train your mind to be alert and attentive and cultivate the tendency to enjoy the work at hand. In devotional or spiritual practices, you should have the deep mental absorption that emanates through the heart, like that of a yogi. If you sincerely practice the dhyana yoga I have taught you, and learn to meditate upon light with deep fervor, I assure you that your mental concentration will improve significantly. This depth of mental concentration together with your noble sentiments employed in this dhyana yoga will bless you with all that a great devotee of spirituality deserves. I wish you all success. || Om santi || |
Life mai progress
Life mai progress
I am quite sure
Well, ये सब कुछ इसलिए करना है कि आपके पास खुद के लिए time बच सके ….but the important thing is that कि ऐसा करके आपने जो time बचाया उसका आप क्या करते हैं ….इस time को आपको अपने set किये गए goals achieve करने में ही लगाना है gossiping या other time wasters में नहीं .
इस time को आप अपनी skill set improve करने में लगाइए , किसी नए business idea को implement करने में लगाइए या फिर ऐसी किसी भी चीज में जो आपके self-development में helpful हो , but at any cost इसे waste मत कीजिये .
4) Focus loose
All the best!
